For those of you who don’t know, I’m in a band with my best friend on guitar, good friend on bass, and a kid I’d never previously met, but can definitely call a good friend on lead guitar. We don’t have a name but we’re open to suggestions. Experimental, Progressive, Post-rock, ambience. Seriously, help us name this beast.
However, band update: As of today, we’ve got two songs officially written and can play nearly almost all the way without mistakes. These aren’t just your run of the mill chorus verse chorus pop tunes. We’re talking almost no repeated riffs or sections, crazy time changes, and some awesome feeling changes that go on a dime.
We’ve also got another killer song on the way that our lead guitarist wrote in its entirety. Rhythm, structure, everything. It’s gonna make those other local bands crap themselves.
